FORMAL RULES 1. SPONSOR OF THE PROMOTION
The Sponsor of the promotion is Praktiker LTD, address:1582 Sofia , Drujba 2, 21 Obikolna Str. 2. DURATION OF THE PROMOTION
The promotion starts on April 29th and continues till June 9th, 2009. 3. TERRITORY OF THE PROMOTION
3.1. The promotion is national and it will be implemented in all Praktiker stores on the territory of Bulgaria. 3.2. Information about the promotion can be received at www.praktiker.bg or in the stores of Praktiker in the country. 4. RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE
Every customer with purchase above 50 BGN during the stated period can participate in the promotion. Employees of Praktiker LTD and their families, employees of Ogilvy&Mather and their families, employees of Optimummedia and their families do not have the right to participate in the promotion. 5. PARTICIPATION RULES
5.1. Every Praktiker customers who made a purchase of or above 50 BGN gets a scratch card which gives him the opportunity to win different prizes. 5.2. The scratch field opens 3 options: 5.2.1. Try again 5.2.2. You win a discount coupon for 10% discount 5.2.3. You win a beach accessory 5.3. The ratio between winning and non winning cards is 1:8 (every eighth customer wins). 5.4. All scratch cards (winning and non winning) can participate in the lottery for a family vacation at the seaside. 6. PRIZES
6.1. The total number of scratch cards is 200 000 distributed among the different stores according to the expected number of customers. 6.2. The total number of family vacations is 54 distributed evenly among the 9 stores in the country. 6.3. Description and receiving prizes: 6.3.1. Discount coupons for 10% discount – 20 000 copies. • The discount coupon is receivable immediately after winning at the cash register. • The discount coupons are valid for the next purchase of the customer till 30th of July 2009 in all Praktiker stores in the country. • The discount coupons are not valid in combination with other promotions or product offers of Praktiker. • The discount coupons are not valid for promotional items, food and beverages, books. • The discount coupon can be used once and it is given to a Praktiker employee after its usage. 6.3.2. Beach accessories (beach matt or beach bag) – 5000 pcs. • The beach accessories are given to the customer by the employee ate the cash register immediately after the winning. • The customer can receive either one upon availability in the store. 6.4. Lottery for a family vacation • Every customer who has received a scratch card can fill in his/her name and telephone on the back of the scratch card and put the scratch card in the special box on Main Information. • The family vacation includes: A tourist package for maximum of four persons ( 2 adults + 2 children) in Complex “Topola Skies” , 4 star hotel at Topola village 9654, Kavarna District, Varna Region. 7 nights with breakfast, pool usage, free of charge fitness, parking, tourist fee and insurance. The accommodation is in an apartment 2+2 type (maximum 2 adults and 2 children up to 14 years old), one bedroom, a sitting room, a kitchen, 2 TV sets, air conditioner, internet, luxury bathroom, a panorama terrace. Free transport with a train to the beach and back according to the schedule of the train. • The family trip doesn’t include transport within Bulgaria to the hotel and back. • The family trip doesn’t include personal and daily expenses. • Drawing of the big prizes – family vacations : The drawing will take place every Thursday during the period of the campaign in the presence of a notary. The dates are: 7.05. 2009, 14.05.2009, 21.05.2009, 28.05.2009, 4.06.2009, 11.06.2009. The names of the winners will be published on a poster in the stores and at www.praktiker.bg All winners will be contacted by phone. • Usage of the big prize: The prize can be used in the period: 1st of July – 10th of September 2009 The winner should declare the exact dates at least 2 weeks in advance , before the date of arrival in Topola Skies to the following address: Tangra Tour LTD,1407 Sofia, 7 Liubata Str. Office 2, tel: +359 2 8625350. For more details about the organization of the trip, the winners will be informed individually after winning the prize. 7. GENERAL RULES
7.1. The prizes cannot be exchanged for money in cash or other products. 7.2. The gifts are not a matter of exchange or return policy. 7.4. Praktiker doesn’t provide transport of the winners from their place of living to the hotel and back. 7.5. Praktiker doesn’t provide daily and personal expenses for the winners during their stay Topola Skies. 7.5. The family trips can be given to another person only with the written agreement of the winner, stamped by a notary. 8. RULES OF THE PROMOTION The rules of the promotion are published on the web site of Praktiker www.praktiker.bg and they are at customer’s disposal ate the stores. The participation in the promotion means that the customers accept the current rules. |
