... I lost my Customer Loyalty Card?
Report the lost card at the Main Information Desk of your Praktiker Store. You will be handed a new card at the Information Desk in the same store within 10 days. All accumulated turnovers remain valid.

... I forgot my Customer Card?
Unfortunately, without your Customer Card we won’t be able to register the present turnover in your account nor pay off your discount in gift vouchers. Therefore, please, make sure you always have on you your Customer Card when you shop at Praktiker stores so you can benefit from all advantages of a loyal customer.

...I would like to check the current status of my account?
You may check the amount of the Accumulated Turnover in your account at any time upon showing your Customer Card at the Information Desk of every Praktiker Store or see it printed on your cash receipt. For your convenience we are developing an interactive service which will soon allow you to check the status of your customer card also on the Praktiker’s website: www.praktiker.bg.

...I would like to return goods?
When you take goods back, please, present your Customer card and the respective cash receipt. The amount of the returned goods will be automatically deducted from your Total Turnover and your Discountable Turnover.

...I change my address?
Upon change of address please, communicate your new address to a Praktiker sales assistant at the Main Information Desk of your Praktiker Store or write to us at card_bg@praktiker.com. Please, provide your full name, Card number, your former and new address.

...I would like to check the validity of my Customer Loyalty Card?
The Blue Customer card has unlimited validity. The Silver and Gold Customer Cards are valid for 1 year as of the issue date. For your convenience, in case you have difficulty to maintain the necessary Total Turnover in 12 months, we may extend your validity period for another 3 months if you plan to make a purchase within this period. At the end of the 15 months period your customer status will be updated. If your Total Turnover at the moment is less than your current customer status, you will get a card from the previous level.

... I would like to get a second card?
As a corporate client you may request one additional customer card of the same level, which would allow a designated person - one of your employees - to benefit from the respective customer privileges. The additional card is issued within 10 days after the request and is handed to the main cardholder at the Main Information Desk of the store in which the application form was submitted. All accumulated turnovers on both cards will be automatically registered on your account. The payment of the discounts can be claimed only by the main cardholder.

How will my personal data be used?
Under your written consent we will use your personal data for our internal marketing research which is helping us to target our offers according to your preferences. In case you do not grant us your consent we will keep only your address and turnover information in our data base.
