Customer Loyalty cards
BLUE CARD
At the beginning a Blue Card is issued . It is given by the information desk at the hypermarket in which the form is submitted.
The validity of the card is without restrictions (expiry date).
Charachetristics :
• Total value of money spent up to 9,999.99 leva.* • 5% reduction on cumulative value for reduction on over 2500 leva in the period of the last 12 months. It is to be used
only on the value for reduction and in the form of vouchers for shopping to be used in the store.
For example: your total spending cab be 5000 leva, but the value to qualify for reduction № to be only 3300 leva (that is to say 1700
leva are not to be added to your spent total for reduction because they have been used to buy goods which are already on promotion
and with reduced prices and cannot be added to your total for reduction because with them we have bought goods on promotion
at already reduced prices.). With this amount you receive a reduction of 5% in the form of vouchers = 165 levs. (5% of 3300
leva)
• Specialized seasonal promotions
• Specialized price offers for defined products throughout the year.
GOLD CARD
As the spending total progresses every holder of a Blue Card can reach the stage of a Gold Card which gives him the possibility
for a 10% direct reduction. You will receive your new card at the information desk in exchange of your old Blue Card. You
will receive the new card at the end of the first week of the new month following the change of your status. The card has
one year validity counted from the date of issuing. In the case of the gold card holder not being active for the duration
of one year the credits on the card are gradually deleted. For more information see page 8. Characteristics :
• Total turnover over 10,000 leva. • 10% direct reduction * For example: you have bought goods for 250 leva. From them 50 leva are for goods on promotion.
The price you will pay will be 230 leva. (200 leva-10% + 50 levs.)
