Additional information:
* Prices are for one delivery only and include VAT.
* The prices are for the delivery of items:
- Heavy items (building materials) – maximum quantity of one pallet;
- Lighter and bigger items (couches, beds, furniture) – maximum quantity of 3 pallets.
* Customer pays for the service upon delivery at the designated address.
* The items are offloaded at a place where the delivery vehicle can park.
* An emergency delivery is considered within 4 hours (but minimum 2 hours after) of purchase, as well as fixed time delivery
(with a tolerance of 1 hour).
* The customer pays for a second delivery if an incorrect delivery address is provided or the customer cannot be found at
the delivery address after the delivery has been confirmed.
* Deliveries are carried out every day of the week between 9 AM and 8 PM by two couriers in case of pre requested offload
services. If such services have not been requested, the delivery is carried out by one courier. Same day delivery requests
are accepted until 4 PM.
* The delivery prices do not include offload services. Offload services are available only if previously requested and are
offered for the following fee:

Ⅱ Out-of-city delivery services:
The customer can rent a vehicle for out-of-city delivery should they wish to. Prices are based per kilometer traveled depending
on the rented vehicle's type per kilometer in one direction only. This delivery will be carried out on the next working day
after the request with Expreso has been filed. This service does not offer fixed time delivery.
