In Bulgaria the company has already opened 9 hypermarkets – two in Sofia, Plovdiv, Varna, Pleven, Veliko Tarnovo, Rousse, Burgas, and Stara Zagora and continues its expansion.

Marketing Specialist based in Head Office, Sofia

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
● Manages all departments in the store considering their purposes and functions
● Coordinates the processes and the maintenance of the store’s systems, hygiene and the security systems
● Keeps up with turnover and sales
● Organizes internal promotional activities
● Responsible for training and development of his / her subordinates
 
MAIN REQUIREMENTS:
● Education – Higher University degree
● Work Experience – required experience in a similar position
● Very good computer literacy and English proficiency
● Excellent communication skills, organizational skills and team management competencies
● Result-oriented personality
