General conditions:The young family card can be issued to you if you meet one of the following criteria: • You have had a civil marriage in the last 12 months. The card is issued against a copy of the certificate. The Praktiker young family card gives you the right to :• benefit from 10% direct discount from the price of your purchases, except for goods on promotion, whose prices are already
reduced, gift vouchers, and goods subject to excise duty. Only the main cardholder and his or her spouse may shop with the Praktiker Young Family Card.
The Family Card Programme is part of our Customer Loyalty Program and our general conditions applicable to that apply. If you are already a Loyal Client cardholder, you can keep it and decide which card you wish to use when you make a purchase. The card is valid for one year. If during that period your total purchases reach 10 000 levas, it is transformed into a Gold Card. When the value is less, it becomes a Blue Card. The change in status occurs automatically, and there is no need to change the card. The card is easy to obtain and is issued completely without charge. To apply, it is only necessary to bring the following documents to the main information desk: • The completed application form • A copy of the document certifying one of the three requirements Important : The card is activated the day following its being issued

You must notify the loss at the information desk of the nearest Praktiker hypermarket. You can get your new card from the information desk at the same hypermarket after 10 days. The accumulated value on your account will be preserved. …I HAVE FORGOTTEN MY CARD? Regrettably, without presentation of your client’s card, we cannot give you a discount and we cannot record the transaction on your client’s account. …I WANT TO CHECK THE BALANCE OF MY ACCOUNT? You can check the up to date balance on your client’s account at any time against presentation of your client’s card at the information desk of any Praktiker hypermarket. You can also see it printed on your till receipt. …I WANT TO RETURN GOODS I HAVE PURCHASED? When returning a purchase, you need to present your client’s card along with the relevant receipt. The value of the returned purchase is automatically reduced from the total on your client’s account. …I WANT TO CHANGE MY ADDRESS? When you change address, please notify the new one to our employee at the information desk at the Praktiker hypermarket of your choice. WHAT USE IS MADE OF MY PERSONAL DATA? If we have your written permission, we will use the data for our internal marketing research to help us tailor our merchandise to your preferences. When we do not have your agreement, we will only keep your address and the total value of your purchases in our data base. |
