It more convenient than ever to be a loyal customer of Praktiker.
As of 25th of November the DIY chain changes the rules of its Loyalty program. The loyal customers can receive higher discounts
, while the requirements for generated turnover become lower. The program, established 3 ½ years ago, is the first and only
one among the DIY stores in Bulgaria.
Until now it included 3 kinds of cards – blue, silver and golden.
Each one of them allowed its owner to take advantage of monthly special offers and different discounts, according to the
type of card.
The new rules are simpler.
There are only two types of cards – Blue and Gold.
The Blue card holders will get 5% discount in gift vouchers when they generate discountable turnover of 2500 BGL. The turnover
should be generated within a year. Until now these customers got 3% discount in gift vouchers and the required turnover was
3000 BGL.
The Golden customers will get 10% direct discount and their total turnover should be 10 000 BGL instead of 20 000 BGL, which
they had to generate until now.
The category of Silver customers will not be valid any more but basically the former Silver customers get better conditions.
Their status will be changed to a Blue one but they will have now better advantage. Until now they had to generate 5000 BGL
discountable turnover in order to get 5% discount in gift vouchers now they will get this discount when they have half of
this discountable turnover 2500 BGL. In order to make it easier for them their plastics will not be changed.

believe they deserve to get more and better conditions in order to realize their home projects. “ said the General Director
of Praktiker Mr. Martin Klebsch.
As of December in the regular leaflet of Praktiker , the loyal customers will find many special offers , which discount reaches
50%. These offers are like Budget saw for 44.99 BGL. , a combo of Homefit radiator and heater only for 54,99 BGL, Homefit
convector for 51.99 BGL.
And another special offer is that for every Christmas article the loyal customers get double points.
