In Bulgaria the company has already opened 9 hypermarkets – 2 in Sofia, Plovdiv, Varna, Pleven, Veliko Tarnovo, Ruse, Burgas, Stara Zagora and continues its expansion.
The company is looking to recruit:
Supervisor /Based in hypermarket Sofia 1/

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
·    Manages all departments in the store considering their purposes and functions
·    Coordinates the processes and the maintenance of the store’s systems, hygiene and the security systems
·    Keeps up with turnover and sales
·    Organizes internal promotional activities
·    Responsible for training and development of his / her subordinates
 
MAIN REQUIREMENTS:
·    Education – Higher University degree
·    Work Experience – required experience in a similar position
·    Very good computer literacy and English proficiency
·    Excellent communication skills, organizational skills and team management competencies
·    Result-oriented personality
