MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Supervises the quality of customer service
• Organizes and conducts the induction training programs for the new personnel and other training programs
• Organizes and coordinates all trainings, delivered from external partners and Head Office
• Prepares weekly reports and keeps database for conducted trainings
• Makes proposals and takes part in preparation of trainings for improvement of employees skills in their daily work
MAIN REQUIREMENTS:
• Experience in the sales and/or trainings – minimum 1 year
• Good knowledge of English will be considered as advantage
• Good presentation skills
• Good organizational and communication skills
• Good computer literacy – MS Office
• Good knowledge of the goods will be considered as an advantage
