Now, Praktiker customers are able to shop without bothering for quantity, color or size. Each Praktiker customer can return
or exchange the bought unused article with no time restriction. The goods can be returned in each Praktiker store in Bulgaria
no matter where the purchase is made, with minimum requirements:
• a cash bon
• in original packaging.
The only exceptions that can not be returned are:
• tailor made products
• gift vouchers
• food and flowers
• magazines
• damaged or used products
• products with expiry date less than 3 months
The new service complements the variety of services in Praktiker and adds to the typical practicality of shopping in the
store the opportunity the clients to freely use their imagination and “mark their ideas”.
