Preparing wall for painting

Materials: anti-mildew sub-layer/a metal primer; spatula
Steps
1.
Easy clean - There are many covering paints, which function us “insulators against stains”. Especially for walls that sully often, more appropriate are the easy clean paints.
2.
Scrubbing - The mildew spots are difficult to eliminate. Scrubbing is required and careful cleaning.
3.
Covering stains - In any case old humidity stains must be covered before painting, with an anti-mildew sub-layer or a metal primer.
4.
Spatula use - The worn corners of the walls should be smoothed out by the use of a galvanized corner strip, which will be incorporated in the wall by the use of a spatula.
